The platform is evolving toward a globally distributed experience, supporting localized engagement across 50+ countries, with modern payments infrastructure and a long-term vision to manage the full lifecycle of a person’s experience with Young Life.

Walk Factor is led by Michael Marshall, with over 35 years of experience bringing new products to market across enterprise environments.
His work spans both hardware and software systems, leading engineering teams, solving industry-scale problems, and delivering complex initiatives from concept through execution.
In addition, he has operated a marketing services company for the past 15 years, bringing a practical understanding of business, product, and customer experience.
